2. Service Description

Virtual Mail is a voice-based email management system that allows users to:

• Access email accounts via telephone
• Listen to emails read aloud through text-to-speech technology
• Send and reply to emails using voice commands
• Manage email accounts without internet-connected devices
• Connect existing email accounts or use dedicated Virtual Mail addresses

3. User Eligibility

To use Virtual Mail, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may register by sending an email to [email protected]. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN codes.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your PIN and access codes confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use strong, unique PINs for account protection

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Virtual Mail to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk emails
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Email Account Connection

When connecting external email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.):

• You grant us permission to access your email on your behalf
• You remain responsible for compliance with third-party email provider terms
• We use secure OAuth authentication when available
• You can revoke access at any time through your email provider settings

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

Virtual Mail offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may vary by country.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Additional services (Premium Voice, Fax, AI Image Description) are billed separately

7.3 Refunds

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Virtual Mail, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and algorithms
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Audio content and voice synthesis

Are owned by ICALL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Virtual Mail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content of emails transmitted through our service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the service

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
