Getting Started
Sign up in under 2 minutes - it's super easy!
Call the Access Number
Dial the Virtual Mail number for your country. The system automatically detects new users.
Choose Your Language
Press 1-5 to select your preferred language for system menus.
Accept Terms
Listen to the service terms and press # to confirm your registration.
Enter Your Email Address
Dictate your email address (speech recognition) or spell it using the T9 keyboard.
Connect Your Gmail
To send emails from your Gmail, you need to authorize Virtual Mail:

First Login
On your first connection after registration:
- Welcome message with a summary of features
- Setup wizard (optional but recommended):
- Reading language configuration
- Notification settings
- Fax configuration
- Access to the main menu

Reading Your Emails
Press 1 from the main menu to access your inbox
What You'll Hear
The system announces:
- Number of new emails since your last connection
- Total number of unread emails
Emails are read from newest to oldest.

Sender Information
Name or email address of who sent the message
Date & Time
When the email was received
Subject Line
The email subject/title
Email Body
Full content of the message
Attachments
List of attached files (if any)
Commands While Reading
Attachments (Key 8)

Attachment Limits: Max 100 MB per email, up to 20 files. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP, HEIC, WEBP, and more.
Sent Items (Option 2)
Press 2 from the main menu to review your sent emails. Same navigation as inbox with:
- Recipient - Who you sent to
- Date & Time - When you sent it
- Subject & Content
- Read Status - If recipient opened (when available)
Search: Press 0 while in inbox to search by sender, subject, or content keywords.
Sending Emails
Press 3 from the main menu to compose a new email
Enter Recipient
1 Dictate email | 2 Address book | 3 Reply to last | 4 T9 keyboard
Tip: Repeat to add multiple recipients
Enter Subject
Dictate the subject line, or press # to skip (no subject)
Compose Message
Dictate your message (up to 60 minutes!). Speech converts to text automatically.
Add Attachments (Optional)
1 Record voice note | 2 Select from cloud | 3 Skip
Review & Send
Listen to summary of recipients, subject, and message preview.
Automatic Signature
A signature is automatically added to your emails:
- Customizable in Settings (option 9)
- Can be disabled
- Default: "Sent from Virtual Mail"
Drafts Auto-Saved! If you hang up while composing, your draft is automatically saved. Next time you call, the system will ask if you want to continue. Drafts are kept for 12 hours.

Access your mailbox from any phone:
- Enable in Settings (9-9)
- Set your PIN code
- Call from any phone
- Enter account + PIN

Personal fax number in Settings. Received as PDF attachments.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (Israel time)
